Moster 185 Factory 2.0
Two years have already gone since the Moster185 Factory was released. Its starting was very stunning and today still represents the best engineering design to the innovative technology. Made in lightweight materials such as aluminum, titanium, and carbon the Moster185 Factory has been able to achieve through its incredible lightweight a seemingly impossible performance for the 185cc engines.
Many results analyzed so far have proven that Moster185 Factory has been the engine mostly appreciate across the globe. Based on this extensive experience, Vittorazi Motors has recently decided to implement also on this engine a new steel exhaust, which further increases its reliability, flying endurance and comfort in terms of noise reduction.
The brand new Factory 2.0 will come out with this exclusive features:
• Steel exhaust with Db Killer Technology and ceramic painting;
• Carbon fiber exhaust support plate;
• Carbon fiber propeller flange;
• Piston with Molybdenum disulfide screen printing;
• Carbon fiber cooling shroud;
• Integrated pressure system of the carburetor pump

• Starter structure CNC machined
• Optiblet customized belt with Vittorazi logo
• Black belt and orange starter rope
• Other components and details (such as screw stud, coil stud, …) all made in ti-tanium.
In addition to the new Moster185 Factory’s design upgrades, it is important point out
that given the high handicraft production process of Moster185 Factory, Vittorazi
Motors will still produce the engine in limited series. Consequently, the maximum
number of engines deliverable on a monthly basis is 5 units to be distributed equally
among all the top dealers who request it.
Vittorazi Motors would like also to assure its customers that, even though the new steel exhaust will be implemented on the Moster185 Factory, the titanium exhaust will be still available as a racing component. As for all racing components, the titanium exhaust will not be covered by warranty.

It is the perfect model for those who require, at the same time, a lightweight and gritty engine, faithful to best Vittorazi tradition, together with an exciting engine to use both in competitions and in pleasure flights. For this new version, it has been studied a new engine case in aluminum 7075, machined from solid, whose mass has been reduced by 10% improving, at the same time, the heat exchange capacity and the endurance. In addition to the engine case, the new Moster 185 Factory cylinder, offers a further increase of the heat exchange along with an improvement in performance, resulting from advanced studies on fluid dynamics. Also, the case mass is decreased by 10% as well as have decreased the acoustic emissions.
Both components have been the subject of a restyling that have made them, moreover, very appealing from an aesthetic point of view. The Moster Factory 185 is also equipped with a new exhaust system, consisting of a titanium alloy muffler and a carbon fiber silencer, materials universally recognized and appreciated for their strength and lightness. Thanks to the use of these materials, the weight of the whole exhaust group was reduced by 40%. Every detail, even the smallest, is the result of innovative engineering solutions. Airbox in carbon fiber, new ignition “Selettra”, titanium screws, iridium spark plug, for a seemingly impossible goal to achieve but brilliantly centered: the incredible weight of only 12.9kg for a displacement of 185cc.
